2026-05 Board Meeting

• Yale DoS - discussed possibility of additional virtual events to allow flexible participation and discussed who is available for the 5/9 DoS at Clean the World

• Admitted students

  • Follow up on the professional schools -> send invite to them

  • Adjust time on website 11:30 - Emily will let owner know

• 11:00 meeting 6/6 before the admitted students event

• Goal for next meeting -> plan 2-3 events ahead

• More ideas:

  • Windermere Farmer’s Market

  • City Food Hall

• Yale Harvard game

  • Ask Peter about this if Harvard is running it

    • Caitlin confirmed later that Harvard is running it this year because the Game is at Harvard this year; Peter will intro us to the Harvard President

  • Crafts or hats as an activity
